We understand that you will be interested in your cat’s welfare whilst in our care and we welcome telephone calls/text messages/emails from you while your pet is with us.

We pride ourselves in providing care tailored to your cats’ needs including: -

• Administering medication

• Meeting special dietary requirements

• Carrying out any appropriate grooming

We will always consult your own vet service first if we have any questions about your cats’ health.

Our many years of experience from previous ownership of a large kennels and cattery, ensures we provide a high level of care and have a real understanding of what both you and your cat expect from a cattery.

We have 24 hour emergency veterinary cover with Beech House Veterinary Centre (www.beechhouse.co.uk) and we also have our own resident veterinary nurse on site.
